RASMUS BECH HANSEN
CEO & FOUNDER
Rasmus has a background as a globally recognized brand expert, marketing leader and Fortune 500 advisor. He realized a big unmet need for companies to engage with their audiences in more meaningful ways. This drove him to co-found Airfinity. He holds a B.Sc. in Political Science, an MPA from Harvard University and is recipient of the Crown Prince Frederic award for excellent scholarship.

COO & FOUNDER
Sacha is a serial digital media and adtech entrepreneur. He began his entrepreneurial career by co-founding ad pepper media (IPO) in 1999. Since then, Sacha has advised and invested in numerous ventures, and co-founded AdBrain, Scala Ventures, and Ogmenta. Applying his 20+ experience, he hopes to have similar success at Airfinity.

James has more than 10 years experience in developing and leading teams to deliver end-to-end complex data products in user friendly ways. Before joining Airfinity he was Head of Development at 15Gifts, a highly succesfull growing AI based consumer recommendation engine, where he was responsible for the full-stack and led a large development team. He held several senior developer roles before that. He holds a BSc in Computer Science.

HEAD OF PRODUCT
James has a long history with startups and data companies. He founded the social data platform Metric – one of the few Facebook Development Partners in the UK and listed in the UK Top 100 Startups. He then held several product roles within data giant Experian and social analytics leader Brandwatch. James has been involved with Airfinity since 2015 and is leading efforts on data, machine learning and analytics.

EVENT PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Hope is an experienced “brand-tech” professional and passionate about the potential of events to bring people and brands together. She previously worked at the Heart of Montreal, directing the Marketing efforts of a Canadian software company, whilst supporting the local startup community. Before moving to Canada Hope consulted for a number of brands between London and New York, establishing key partnerships for clients. Hope founded her own events company whilst studying for her Masters in Marketing, which still operates across the South East of England.

AFONSO REBELO DE SOUSA
Afonso has over 15 years in Marketing, Design and Digital Consultancy. Afonso joined Adidas at the heart of the three stripes in the HQ under brand marketing before pursuing his MBA at INSEAD. Having fulfilled three senior roles at LinkedIn serving their 22 largest global clients has given Afonso the fluency of digital media. Multi-cultural and lingual by trade, Afonso’s curiosity has lead him to live in 8 countries. At Airfinity his role is to transform event sponsorships into a data driven in-person marketing channel in the same way Linkedin transformed b2b digital marketing.

LEAD DATA ENGINEER
Richard has been architecting and developing scalable, performant web sites and applications for almost 10 years. Before Airfinity, he was the Technical Lead at StoryStream, the UK's first Content Marketing Platform, where he was responsible for the system architecture, reliability and as well as platform development. He holds a BSc in Computer Security

MIKKEL LUNDSAGER HANSEN
HEAD OF DESIGN
Mikkel is a multidisciplinary designer, focused on creating engaging and accessible customer experiences across all touch points. He draws on 12 years of experience at renowned London agencies and fintech companies, and has worked in a variety of roles encompassing design for all things digital and print. He holds an MA in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins and has been a visiting lecturer at Design School Kolding, Denmark.

SENIOR DATA ANALYST
Simon began his career at the Portobello & Golborne Road markets, working with their market development team on community events. From here, he progressed to social media research and analysis becoming Head Researcher at Human Digital (M&C Saatchi group), where he worked closely with clients such as Film London, Nuffield Health, and Peroni.

SENIOR DATA ENGINEER
Simon's background is in aerospace electronics engineering. Prior to Airfinity he was data scientist for a media startup, and he spent the previous decade as a consulting engineer advising international financiers, governmental bodies, and startups on tele-communications, media, and technology projects. Simon brings experience of identifying and communicating actionable insights from large datasets and of designing and building resilient systems. He has interests in the application of machine learning techniques and in geospatial analysis. Simon holds an MSc in Communication Technologies with Business Management and an NZCE in Computer Systems Engineering.

Alex has built and maintained complex applications for companies including Microsoft and GE and has freelanced internationally for a number of years as a product engineer specialised in Node and other frontend technologies. At Airfinity he stands in the sweet spot where design and development intersect.
He holds a BSc in Digital Media Development.

SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Max is a full-stack engineer with a broad experience and a focus on backend technologies. Coming from a fast paced agency environment Max has honed his skills working on a broad range of projects taking them all the way from initial requirements through to high quality finished products. He holds BSc in Digital Media Development.

SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER
Gary has over 10 years experience architecting and developing enterprise web solutions. He cut his teeth with one of the UK's leading independent insurance brokers and later became Senior Developer at StoryStream where he was a key part of the implementation and design of new features. He was also a technical mentor and passionate advocate for Test Driven Development and automated testing.
