Objective of the role: The Account Manager at Airfinity Limited will be responsible for retaining and growing the Company’s business with clients in the Pharma/Biotech, Financial and other industries with a focus on ensuring clients are deriving value from existing products they subscribe to and identifying needs for new products and services. We are working with a number ofclients in different industries worldwide, who use our products solutions to understand the infectious disease landscape, predict demand, identify risks and ultimately save lives.
You will be working at the front line and ensuring our data and insights have maximum impact and are widely deployed.
Manage and grow the Company’s business with a number of clients.
Deliver on or above target performance against financial goals for new business, renewals and price increases.
Build strong and financially productive relationships with key, senior stakeholders in existing and prospective client base.
Develop a strong working knowledge of the company’s current and future product/service offerings and be able to compellingly articulate the value propositions to existing and prospective client stakeholders.
Capture client feedback on the Company’s products and services and articulate this to key internal stakeholders to help drive continuous improvements in the Company’s product portfolio.
Be a respected partner to clients and become the “go-to” person to help them solve their business challenges.
Skills, Qualifications and Profile:
2-3 years’ experience of selling Life Science-based subscription products and services to Government/public sector clients. Knowledge of vaccine industry and supply chain is a big plus.
Track record of over-achievement.
Degree qualification in a Life Sciences discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including good command and use of MS office tools.
Self-confident and articulate individual with the gravitas to hold their own with senior Government stakeholders
Intellectually curious - always willing to learn and develop new knowledge and skills.
High energy “go-getter” who can make an impact in short order.
High level of numeracy.
A team player who is prepared to learn from and coach their colleagues.
European language capability in addition to English would be a plus but not an essential requirement
