Main Responsibilities:

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Managing the AR Function (including SaaSOptics our dedicated software), building key relationships with Sales/Sales Admin to ensure all customers are invoiced and paid accurately and on time as per the agreed contracts.

• Working on Xero, posting jnls/transactions, matching payments received to invoices and assisting the team with ad-hoc requests on the platform

• Managing Accrued/Deferred Income Schedules on the balance sheet

• Managing Accruals/Prepayments Schedules on the balance sheet

• Preparing Quarterly VAT Submissions

• Reviewing the Bank Recs (Prepared by Accounts Assistant)

• Assisting with Revenue Recognition

• Assisting with Intercompany transactions

• Assisting in the preparation of Month End and various internal reports

• Assisting with Internal/External Audit

• Assist in general data analysis

• We offer Hybrid working where the standard is 2 days a week in the office (Baker Street). Looking for someone who is comfortable working autonomously but a team player with a proactive attitude towards work.

Desired experience and qualities:

• Familiarity with Xero is preferred

• Knowledge of SaaSOptics or a similar billing system is a must

• Knowledge of Salesforce or a similar CMS is a must

• 2 years' experience working within a finance transactional team

• Experience of revenue reconciliations and identification / resolution differences

• Experience of using various on-line productivity tools

• Role requires excellent numeracy and proficient user of Excel including, as a minimum, look ups, pivot tables and sumifs
