We are seeking a Media and Marketing Executive to join our growing company to support with a wide range of marketing and communications activities.

Airfinity is headquartered in London and the position is hybrid working, with 2-3 days per week in our Baker Street office.

You will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Head of Communication with day-to-day media enquiries

• Monitoring media coverage and collating coverage for reports for senior management. Using analytics to monitor the success of campaigns

• Writing press releases and managing their distribution to our network of journalists.

• Managing and updating content on our website

• Writing weekly internal communications for employee engagement

• Staying up to date with the global news agenda and using this to contribute ideas for future analysis

• Writing social media posts on media coverage which are consistent with the corporate vision and voice

• Support itinerary planning for commercial conference attendance

• Support logistics for online events/webinars

Desired knowledge, experience, and skills:

• 2 years + experience in a communications/marketing or newsroom role

• Strong writing skills with experience of writing content and/or press releases

• Solid administrative experience and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects

• A good news sense and the ability to innovate and propose new ideas

• Proactive with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work on your own initiative and easily within a team

• Strong stakeholder management skills and can engage and create buy-in with senior people in the business

• Experience in health, data, and/or life sciences would be a bonus

• Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is a must

• Must be fluent in English, additional languages desirable but not expected
