Global vaccine donations reach 350 million with EU overtaking China

A total of 350 million vaccine donations have been delivered so far, according to Airfinity’s analysis. 

The largest donor country is the United States, who have delivered 187 million vaccines. Our analysis shows the US has been delivering around 1.5 million doses a day since they started donating. 

The European Union has now delivered more donations than China with 55.6 million doses delivered.

More than half of these donated vaccines have been delivered to countries in Asia (55%), followed by Africa (26%), Latin America (15%), Europe (3%), and Australia and Oceania (1%).
