Role overview: We are seeking a Demand Generation & Content Marketing Manager who can develop and execute strategies and multi-channel campaigns to create interest and generate qualified leads for a Airfinity’s products and services, ultimately driving revenue growth. This role will work closely with our CEO and Sales team with responsibilities including managing the entire lead funnel from generation through nurturing and conversion; collaborating with sales team; analysing campaign data to optimise performance; and leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools.

This role can be considered on a FTC or contract (full time or part time basis).

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, such as email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and events.

  • Lead Management: Oversee lead generation programs, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing, to ensure high-quality leads enter the sales funnel.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and wider teams to ensure integrated efforts and alignment with company goals.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyse campaign performance, key metrics, and ROI using data and analytics to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.

  • Technology & Automation: Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage lead processes, track performance, and automate campaigns.

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate valuable content marketing materials, including lead magnets, blog posts, and other assets to attract and engage target audiences.

Focus and experience required in areas including:

  • Create customised audiences in LinkedIn

  • Create LinkedIn posts (understand: paid and organic) - prepare these posts in Notion (text) and Canva (image and video) or similar

  • Create high converting lead generating landing pages and link to HubSpot incl. lead scoring.

  • Create lead nurturing series and accompanying content

  • Intermediate Video / Slideshow editing skills

  • Intermediate Newsletter creation and editing and sending skills (Mailchimp of similar, data connect through Hubspot, similar etc

Key Skills

  • Marketing Channel Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of channels, including email, SEM, SEO, social media, and paid advertising.

  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to measure and interpret campaign performance data to drive decision-making.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Experience with marketing automation platforms (MAPs) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Hubspot.

  • Content Marketing: Ability to create engaging and valuable content that resonates with target audiences.

  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
